Class Description

In this class, we will dedicate our time to enhancing foundational skills essential for both you and your dog. Our primary focus will be on improving basic obedience skills, which are crucial for effective communication and a strong bond between you and your canine companion. Additionally, we will introduce and practice hand signals for fundamental commands and recall, enabling you to communicate with your dog in various situations, even from a distance. Throughout the course, we will engage in various activities and exercises designed to reinforce these skills, ensuring that both you and your dog feel confident. We aim to create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages growth and understanding. As we progress, our ultimate goal will be to prepare for the AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC) Test, which will be administered during our final class session.
